The fee for this license is $70.00 at the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk's Office (Los Angeles County)

Confidential marriage licenses must be used in the County in which it was purchased. The license is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issuance.  Before a marriage license can be used, the couple must both be present and provide proof of identity and age documents, such as driver's license, passport or alien resident card
